Yes... welcome back!

This month, Lazy//Sexy keeps the mix at a smooth 126 BPM and takes a nice deep house tour. I kick it off with a personal summer favorite of mine, "Rosendal", and continue to keep your mind in outer space with records such as Robert Graff's "Untitled" and the ever airy mix of "You Do Something To Me" leading into passionate house gems loaded with guitar instrumentals. Things get a little sweatier and dirty for a taste with the talents of DJ Nathan, Dub Theory, and 3Brotherstrong -- but not too heavy so that I couldn't end with a few more deep cuts!

Thanks to everyone who let me use their music in this mix, of course. And especially, thanks to anyone who listens to it and leaves comments. This is the second mix in the series and I hope each one leaves you a bit more refreshed.

Stay lazy, stay sexy -- see you next month!

The Robert Graff Untitled is a very catchy horn hook, and the madison park has a nice Naked vibe, of course I'm a big fan of Chris Brann from back in the day when he was Hundred Monkeys, he sent me a couple demos which I played on the radio and got to play @ a local club. He was looking for a label to sign him, and I made a copy for Hallucination (Rabbit In the Moon), but they passed. Fortunately K. Hand picked him up for Acacia Records and the rest is history. What a tremendous talent, from Wamdue to Ananda to PTaah. The Cafe Negro has a nice balaeric vibe. Smooth mix.

Glad you liked it, B.

This mix is definatly the deepest, smoothest mix of the series. Lazy//Sexy is all about deep house, heavy disco, rich trance, and all things lounge. Next month is a real treat... come back for it, will you?

DAMN!

LOVING the praise. Bong, been listening to your mixes as of late -- threw them on the iPod -- and I love the constant vibe throughout. I had a feeling that if you heard Lazy//Sexy02, you'd like it.

The series contains a constant genre fusion of new disco, deep house, rich trance, and downtempo. Each month is a new one... I've done 14 so far. And if you liked 02, you're absolutley gonna love 13. In due time...

What a wicked site. Thanks everyone!
