Ah, coldcut... That first album with Autumn Leaves and all on it is amazing! I got it in Woolworths for a quid on cassette years ago and it's still wedged in between me CDs :)

Sounds like a wicked mix, perfect for getting some work done to :)

Could'nt agree more. Looking forward to this one big time Matrix. Not sure yet if that is the one used but the Irresistable Force mix of Autumn Leaves is one of the most beautiful tracks ever. I used to put it in virtually every mix I did!

d/ling now. cheers

That part of the Coldcut mix is truely beautiful. Great pick :-)

Brilliant. So many of my all-time favourite downtempo tunes collated into one lovely package. I think I'm even going to go the whole hog and print off the covers & everything.

And yeah, if you're going to take a bit of someone else's mix then Coldcut's J by DJ is probably about the best one you could pinch. Especially the bit you chose.

I would leave a proper comment but you have got me so loved up and mellow that i am going to hug a tree and meditate to a fictional plant god............long live photosynthesis and all that breathe from her

Cheers all.
Despite the ease of mixing, I find chillout mixes remarkably difficult to pull off. This is why I've only done two proper ones.

I might try a third with comments like these :D

Hi, Guys,
I'm a designer from Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
So, I don't make music but listen to all kinds of stuff while working.
I became a B00mb0x memeber a couple of months ago. And have been digging through the archives like crazy.
This is one of my favorites.
just had to let you know.
keep up the good work!
